These rates are in effect for 2023

Summer Weekly Rates – 6 nights – 6/10 – 8/18/23

Cottage #1 @ $1,100
Cottages #2, #3, #4, #5 @ $975
Cottages #7, #8, & #10 @ $875

To the above Summer rates, please add state tax of 6% and a $75 cleaning fee.

Weekly rentals during the busy summer weeks will be from Saturday after 2:00 pm through Friday @ 11:00 a.m. - 6 nights - due to safe c leaning protocols and the availability of staff to perform these duties. Prior to 6/10 and after 8/18 weekly rates are for 7 nights and do not require the extra cleaning fee. Rentals of two consecutive weeks in the same cabin receive a $75 discount off the published rate for the second week with no interval cleaning.
Deposits – For Daily rentals, a deposit of one night’s lodging is due when making the reservation. For weekly rentals a deposit of $250 is required. We allow 7- 10 days for the reservation checks to arrive by mail.
Payment – is due shortly after check in. Please proceed to your cabin and we will bring a registration form to you. We do not staff an office for check in. Cash, Checks, Money Orders only, no cards or any other form of payment is accepted for deposits or rentals.

Spring/Fall Rates - Daily Rates.

Cottage #1 @ $200/night
Cottages #2, #3, #4, #5 @ $180/ night
Cottages #7, #8, & #10 @ $170/night

Spring/Fall Fling Lodging Specials – pay for 3 nights, get fourth night free or 1 free night on longer stays. Holiday weekends and deer hunting season excluded. Additional discount - No cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights or more in Spring or Fall.
Cleaning Fee – All rentals will be charged a cleaning fee of $75. Guests receive a $75 credit towards this in Spring or Fall for 7 night rentals or longer.
Linens/Towels Discount – On all rentals with advance notice, receive a $40 discount off your stay if you choose to bring your own bed linens and towels. Management must be informed in writing at least 1 week before your stay to qualify for this discount.
Pets – Not allowed in summer weeks. Dogs only Spring/Fall @ $40 per dog. Max 2 per cabin. Certain breeds accepted in specified cabins upon review. Inquire at time of reservation.
