To the above Summer rates, please add state tax of 6% and a $85 cleaning fee.

Discounts - Spring/Fall Fling Lodging Specials – May, September, October, fourth night free for 3 paid nights. OR, for 3 night stays, 10% off total stay. Holiday weekends excluded. Additional discount - No cleaning fee for 7 night stays in May, September, & October. Off season, November – April regular rates apply.

Cleaning Fee – $85 for all rentals, no cleaning fee will be charged for any rental of 2 consecutive weeks in the summer or 1 full week in Spring & Fall.

No Linens/Towels Discount – With advance written notice to management, guests can opt to bring their own bed linens and towels and receive a $50 credit off their stay. Notice must be by email and confirmed by management at least one week before your stay to accommodate housekeeping.

Pets – Not allowed during summer rentals. Certain sizes and types of Dogs are allowed only in Spring/Fall with advance approval by management. Max 2 dogs per cabin @ $25 per dog, per stay. Inquire at time of reservation for policies and approval of size & breed.

Check In/Check Out - Due to availability of staff and safe cleaning protocols during the Summer rental weeks (6 nights) check in is Saturday after 2:00 pm and check out is following Friday morning at 10:00 am. FIRM, no late checkouts. During the Spring & Fall check out can be more flexible if requested, especially on a Sunday. Prior to 6/14 and after 8/16, seven night rentals are the norm for weekly guests at the same rates for 7 days instead of 6.

Reservation & Security Deposits – For daily rentals a deposit equal to the daily rate is required to confirm your reservation and is held for a security deposit during your stay. For weekly rentals, a deposit of $250 is required to hold your week and is maintained as the security deposit during your stay. All security deposits are subject to extra cleaning charges or damage reimbursement at management’s discretion. Guests pay full rental charges at time of check in, no credit is given for the deposit until after the unit is cleaned and cleared by housekeeping. A check will be mailed back to you the week after your stay if there are no extra charges.

Payment & Check In – There is no office for your check in process…please proceed directly to your cabin, the key will be in the door and you are welcome to unpack and settle in upon arrival. Feel free to telephone us before your arrival if you are not familiar with the lay out of the Resort. Management will greet you and address any needs you may have shortly after arrival. Payment will be due after receiving your registration form provided by management after arrival. Please remember, no cards or electronic payment of any kind are accepted, only personal checks, money orders, and cash.

Max Occupancy of Cabins – No extra beds allowed to expand cabin capacity – this means no cots, air mattresses, tents or campers. Only cribs or infant beds are allowed.
#1 Loon – 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 couples or family of 6 people.
#2 Bears Den – 2.5 bedroom, 3 beds & sleep sofa, 2 couples or family of 6 people.
#3 Nature Nook – 3 bedroom, 4 beds, 4 couples or family of 8.
#4 Alpine Chalet – 2 bedrooms and unheated sleeping porch with twin bunks, 2 couples or family of 6.
#5 Golfers Retreat – 2 bedroom, 4 beds plus a sleep sofa – 3 couples or family of 8.
#7 Timber Town – 1 bedroom, 2 beds, 1 couple or small family of 4.
#8 Safe Harbor – 2 bedroom, 3 beds, 2 couples or family of 6.
#10 Northern Waters – 2 bedrooms, 2 full size beds plus twin bunks. 2 couples or family of 6.
For the health of our guests and the safety of our septic system, these occupancy numbers must be enforced. You may make a special request for an extra guest if needed, but it is required to be approved by management in writing before check in.

Frequent Day Visitor Fee – One or two friends or family that are not registered guests are allowed to visit as a “day visitor” once or twice free during your stay with a registered guest in attendance. There is a max of 2 day visitors per cabin during your rental. However if an unregistered guest wants to visit more than that, or in higher numbers, they are required to have advance approval from Management and pay a day visitors fee of $10 per person. All day visitors are subject to the same rules and policies as paying guests and are subject to immediate dismissal from the property at the Management’s sole discretion for any reason deemed necessary. Day visitors are required to leave the property at 10 pm unless otherwise authorized. Events, parties, or celebrations with day visitors in attendance are not allowed except with prior Management approval.
